Shimano STEPs Electric Trike Hill Climb demonstration. Beautifully integrated into our recumbent trikes, the Shimano STEPS Electric assist systems give the push you need to explore further with ease. Here we demonstrate how two trike riders can easily ride up a very steep hill. For comparison, we ride with a very fit cyclist on an ultra lightweight carbon road bike. The electric motors make riding and exploring fun and relaxed even on the steepest hills.
