In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup.
If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
Prices and Information
Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. Return & Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for a return:
Items must be in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, with all manuals and/or information, and accessories included.
If the item was shipped, accompanied by a copy of the packing list provided with the original purchase.
If an item, other than a board or bike is defective, a replacement product will be provided.
All returns require original receipt.
Items not eligible for returns:
- Special and custom order items
- Sale items
- Used/refurbished items (sold as-is)
- Merchandise that is opened and/or used (even if undamaged)
- Merchandise that has been altered in any manner
- Gift cards
- Items not purchased at moboevo
- Items without a receipt
Unused bikes and boards (other than special or custom orders) may be returned within 7 days of your receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, the bike or board, must be unused, free from dirt, dust or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition in which you received it. Box must be sealed and unopened. All tags must be attached and all manuals, information and accessories must be included. All bike and board returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and the refund will be in the form of moboevo store credit only.
Defective products and equipment are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty and moboevo will not issue a refund. We honor the warranties of all of our manufacturers. We will make every effort to assist you in your warranty claim, however, please be aware that direct communication between the customer and the manufacturer may be required. Some manufacturer’s warranties do not cover labor expenses, please read your manufacturer’s warranty carefully before making a purchase.
For items to be returned by mail or alternative shipping method, before a return is sent, the customer must contact moboevo to obtain a return authorization number. If a return is sent without prior authorization, a refund will not be issued and the customer is responsible to pay for shipping to have the item returned to them or the item will be sacrificed.
For mail/shipping returns, please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and a refund/credit to be issued. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail once this is complete. If you have not received confirmation of your return and/or refund/credit after 2 weeks, please contact us directly.
